LOU ALFONSO, a graduate of Rutgers University and Seton Hall Law School, was born in Highland Park, New Jersey and has been a Florida attorney since 1978. He is a former township attorney and assistant county counsel and prosecutor with over 30 years extensive settlement and litigation experience in family law matters. He has taken post graduate courses in philosophy and labor relations at North Carolina State and New York University (NYU). He is a former elected member of a Board of Education and is a founding director and former Vice President of the Boca Raton Charter School. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Southcounty Bar Association and Palm Beach County Bar Association. He served as an officer in the United States Army and is well versed in not only representing clients but ensuring that matters are handled in a caring manner. Lou Alfonso is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
